Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to delete your data associated with the AR Drawing: Paint & Sketch app, including any data collected via Facebook login, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Locate Your Facebook Email and User ID

To facilitate the data deletion process, you will need the email address associated with your Facebook account and your Facebook User ID. Follow these steps to find this information:

  1. Facebook Email:
    1. Log into your Facebook account.
    2. Go to your profile.
    3. Click on the „About“ section.
    4. Under „Contact and Basic Info,“ find your email address.
  2. Facebook User ID:
    1. Log into your Facebook account.
    2. Go to your profile.
    3. Copy the URL from your browser’s address bar. It will look something like this: https://www.facebook.com/your.username.
    4. Your Facebook User ID is the part after https://www.facebook.com/.

Step 2: Send an Email Request

Send an email to info@skyrocket-apps.de with the following information:

  1. Subject: Data Deletion Request
  2. Body:
    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your Facebook account
    • Your Facebook User ID
    • A brief statement requesting the deletion of your data associated with the AR Drawing: Paint & Sketch app

Step 3: Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been received. Our team will process your data deletion request, which may take up to 30 days. You will be notified once the deletion is complete.
